  5. Keep it away from direct airflow from air conditioners, and do not use it near humidifying or dehumidifying appliances.

Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been confirmed.

Bespoke and commissioned works created to a client's specifications are considered final sales and cannot be cancelled or returned, except where required by applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights of withdrawal for online purchases or remedies for items received damaged, defective, or not as described.
